FocusFlow Premium ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to providing you with a high-quality Pomodoro timer and task organizer application while strictly respecting your personal privacy. 🔒 Zero Data Collection & Offline Operation

FocusFlow Premium is designed as an entirely local, offline utility. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, usage stats, or private data of any kind. All created tasks, settings preferences, and productivity histories are stored strictly on your local device.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Because the application operates offline without requiring accounts, sign-ins, or cloud integrations, we have absolutely no access to and do not collect any of the following:

Personal Identifiable Information: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account details.
Device and Usage Identifiers: IP addresses, geographic location, device IDs, or device configuration metrics.
User Content: Your task descriptions, estimated pomodoro records, stats histories, or configuration choices.

2. How Data is Stored

All data related to your productivity schedules, finished timer logs, streaks, active target plans, and customized configurations is stored locally on your mobile device utilizing standard Flutter secure local databases (SharedPreferences). This data remains strictly sandboxed within the application directory and never leaves your phone.

3. Android Permissions & Notifications

FocusFlow Premium requests standard local device permissions solely to provide core application features. We do not use these permissions to harvest personal data:

Notification Permission (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used entirely locally to trigger sound and banner alerts when your focus or break timers finish, helping you manage work intervals.
Vibration (VIBRATE): Used strictly locally to trigger haptic feedback alerts on timer completions.

4. Third-Party Libraries & Services

Our app does not implement any third-party advertising SDKs, analytic packages, tracking pixels, or monetization bundles. This guarantees that no background third-party tracking or profiling occurs while using our utility.

5. Children's Privacy

Because we do not gather any data or transmit any internet information, FocusFlow Premium is fully compliant with children's privacy regulations including COPPA. It is completely safe for use by individuals of all ages.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may occasionally modify our local architecture or upgrade features. However, our stance on zero data collection will never change. Any updates to this policy will be reflected here with an updated revision date.
